The Space:
Escape with your loved ones to this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium along the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. Located on the 9th floor of Phoenix VIII, our getaway with wonderful amenities sleeps 8 and has amazing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The condo received upgrades highlighted by renovated bathrooms with quartz countertops and updated vanity and fixtures; stainless-steel kitchen appliances and quartz countertops; beautiful shaker style kitchen cabinets and light and airy laminate flooring throughout.

· Warm and inviting living area with large sectional sofa, ottoman, and a large, wall-mounted flat screen television.

· Pops of bold color and whimsical artistic touches make this unit fun for kids and adults alike.

· Stools for two at breakfast bar and chairs for eight around dining area table for meals together or a fun game night.

· Master bathroom now features shower and bathtub combination, large single-sink vanity, and granite countertop.

· Second bedroom with a nautical blue decor has two twin-size beds, and chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV.

· Third bedroom with a coastal feel has two double beds, a chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV.

· Full-sized washer and dryer.

· Spectacular Gulf-front views await guests from the tiled balcony with ample seating, including a table with four chairs and chaise loungers.

Guest Access:
Phoenix VIII offers a family friendly experience. Amenities include free wireless internet and cable TV. Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickle ball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct access to our beautiful white sand beach! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators. We have the same amenities as the larger complexes but with our low density building you have room to spread out and enjoy yourself!
