Phoenix IV Unit #4152....Welcome to our 15th floor beachfront condo in Orange Beach! This one-bedroom, one bathroom oasis is located in Phoenix IV in the heart of Orange Beach surrounded by lots of restaurants, grocery stores and great shopping.

You will love the TALL ceilings in this 15th floor unit. The spacious living area opens up to a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the turquoise Gulf waters and sugary white sand beaches. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching the dolphins playfully dance in the waves or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun paints the sky in hues of pink and orange during the spectacular sunsets.
The living room in this unit has a queen sofa sleeper and two comfy recliners! You will enjoy your movie nights in this space!

The fully equipped kitchen provides ample cabinet space if you plan to do some cooking! The kitchen has a standard coffee maker and a Keurig as well! The dining table seats 4 and we also seat two at the kitchen bar.

The bedroom is a tranquil retreat, with a plush king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a flat screen tv hanging on the wall in the Master for you to enjoy as well. We also offer a full sized washer and dryer which really comes in handy after a long day at the beach!
