Parking
• Parking is available at no cost for 2 vehicles maximum. Park in any unmarked spot within the lot. Parking is NOT available for boats or trailers of any kind.
Things to know
• Boat docking is not available for guests at all at any time. This area is for fishing access only. For boat launch and storage, the closest marina Sportsman Marina and slips are available for rent there.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• No Pets are allowed on the property.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

• Waterfront Park & Kids Park – family-friendly park with a pier, pavilions, and picnic areas on Wolf Bay.
