When you add our beautifully decorated, fully stocked condo with the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach along with the top of line amenities of The Oasis at Orange Beach (OB) - formerly Phoenix West II, you really have found paradise in Lower Alabama! Get ready for precious memories in the making!

You are going to love the floor to ceiling windows across the entire back wall giving you an unbelievable view of the Gulf of America and access to the great sized balcony. The living room has a 60 in flat screen Smart TV.

All bedrooms have upgraded, top of the line mattresses and bedding with flat screen Smart TV's. There are two bedrooms with king beds and the third bedroom has two queen beds. All have their own bathrooms (with the master enjoying a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower). The fourth full bathroom is in the hallway. Very convenient for visitors, folks sleeping on the one pull out bed or beach goers without going through the bedrooms!

When you stay with us you have everything you would need to have a great beach vacation of a lifetime to include a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar with small refrigerator, Keurig for morning coffee, (drip coffee maker, and even a smoothie maker is also available.) Our WiFi has an extender to assist in providing connections and it is password protected for secure actions. Our balcony provides some of the best views in the area. We have a table with 4 seats, 2 rocking comfy chairs with foot stools along with two loungers.

Your reservation with us will not include any parking fees. The Oasis requires guests to register with our HOA and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA.

This condo is located on Orange Beach, Alabama's gorgeous sugar white beaches, and just minutes to wonderful area dining, family fun, golf, fishing, nightlife, and more!!

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by Oasis security.



We are conveniently located by some of the local favorite hotspots -- Live Bait, CoastAL, The Hangout, The Wharf (offering great food, shopping and a movie theater), Franco's Italian Restaurant, Cosmo's, Crab Trap, Lulu's and not too far from the Famous FloraBama.
