Tidewater 505 is a low stress, low density, gated entry complex located near everything fun and delicious in Orange Beach! Marinas, spas, boutiques, putt putt golf and arcades, restaurants and live music all within minutes. Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flor-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.
As you enter Tidewater 505, the one bedroom is immediately to your right. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, wall mounted flat screen tv, closet and direct access to the shared bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo. In the hallway, there are built-in twin sized bunk beds. There is also a washer dryer combo for added convenience. Continuing inside, you have a full kitchen stocked with all of the needed essentials to prepare a meal should you decide to stay in. There is a table with seating for three and additional seating for three at the bar. Enjoy your meals while taking in the stunning views through the sliding glass doors. In the living room area, there is comfortable seating (sleeper sofa) for down time to watch the flat screen tv. Or step out onto your private balcony, featuring a table with seating for four, and breathe in the fresh salt air while listening to the waves crash along the shoreline.

Very nice
We found the condo very nice, a few things to point out! The queen bed mattress was not very comfortable, the bathroom shower/bath handle/knob was broken. We were able to turn it on anyway!On a positive, the kitchen was pretty stocked with great pots and pans!

Vacation plans gone awry
We arrived at our condo to find it occupied by someone who had booked through another option and arrived first.
Luckily, the host found us a hotel room on the beach close to the condo we had booked.
The hotel was nice and people were very accommodating.
Other than the absence of a private bedroom and a kitchen, we made the best of it and had a good time.
Note to self - in the future, make extra efforts to personally contact the host multiple times and don't trust automatic messaging.

Spring Break
We were very pleased with the condo. We’ve stayed at Tidewater many times but in different condos and this one was very well maintained and updated. Contact with management was 100%. Would definitely stay again.
