• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the main parking garage for your tower.
• Parking for 2 cars is included in your reservation.
Overflow Parking (Optional)
• There is an overflow parking garage available for $30 per vehicle, per day.
• Overflow parking is subject to availability and can only be guaranteed if reserved in advance.
• Payment must be made in advance to reserve a spot.
• If you need overflow parking for a 3rd vehicle, please contact us ahead of time so we can assist with securing a spot.
Things to know
• The front desk is working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• The outdoor pools will not be heated from November 2 through February 28, 2025. During this period, only the indoor pools will be heated. Outdoor pool heating will resume on March 1, 2025.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
