This unit is 1400 square feet with all tiled floors and an extra large balcony. Phoenix IX is a luxury gulf-front condominium. Our condo is a large 2 bedroom (both large PRIMARY SUITES with king beds and NEW full/twin bunk beds) with 3 full baths, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 8 guests. Perfect for families! Both bedrooms have attached full baths, large walk-in closets (big enough for a pack-n-play crib), blackout shades, ceiling fans, dressers and TVs. A full guest bathroom off the hallway works great for kids/teenagers.
We love to host families with kids! You'll find a pack-n-play crib, travel bassinet, plus books, games, movies and toys that your little ones will love! (We have 18 grandkids/cousins who have stayed and played for many years, and there is plenty for the little ones.)
You'll find everything you need in the fully stocked, spacious kitchen to prepare any meal. The building is beachfront - NO street crossing! The beach is "private," only Phoenix IX guests allowed, and there is always plenty of beach space. Just a few steps from the condo until you're enjoying the soft, sugar-white sand and warm ocean! Beach chairs & umbrellas rentals available on-site.

Enjoy spectacular panoramic view of the beautiful Orange Beach waterways from east to west while relaxing inside, or enjoying the fresh air on the balcony. You have gorgeous views of Ole River, Ono Island, St. John's Bay and beyond. To the east you can see past the Flora Bama, and to the west you can see past the Perdido Pass bridge.
