Relax on your private balcony with serene waterfront views of the intercoastal, or take a short 10-minute drive to the beach. Walk to The Wharf for shopping, dining, live concerts, light shows, and more. Guests also have access to The Oasis and the sparkling pool at The Wharf. The condo features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath—perfect for a relaxing getaway! There is one assigned parking space and room for one additional guest parking along the back row, which is first-come, first served. Parking is free, and the pass will be waiting for you in the unit. All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
