Windward Pointe 304- Pristine, Amenities galore

Summary:
Windward Pointe is directly on the beach, offering a heated pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, hot tub, sauna, BBQ area, & pickleball court. Professionally decorated in a coastal style, unit 304 is ideally situated on the 3rd floor so you can easily keep an eye on the kids in the pool while taking in the lovely beach views. With a king in the master, queen in BR #2, 2 full beds in BR #3, & a sleeper-sofa in the living area, unit 304 can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The Space:
**RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN THE SUMMER**
Windward Pointe 304 is fully furnished, nicely appointed, & well-maintained, giving you all of the comforts of home in a beach-side tropical paradise located in the heart of Orange Beach. Consisting of 1260 square-feet with an open floorplan, the living area features a sectional couch and accent chair, with a large mounted flat screen TV and balcony access. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of counter space.

Windward Pointe 304 is ideally situated on the third floor, overlooking the pool and the beach. Watch the kids play in the pool or admire the spectacular view of the beach and gulf from the spacious balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table that seats six plus a high-top table with seating for four.

With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two full beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, this lovely condo can sleep up to ten people. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The master bath features a tile walk-in shower while the guest bath has a tile tub/shower combo. This condo has a washer & dryer, wireless internet, and wood-like plank tile floors throughout.

Windward Pointe complex offers all the great amenities that you should expect from a resort destination, such as a heated indoor pool, outdoor beachside pool, children's wading pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, well-equipped exercise room, stainless steel charcoal grills, covered pavilion and tennis/ basketball/ pickleball court.

If you need added space, we also manage units 303 and 305.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities. Amenities include a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ gill area, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, tennis court, basketball court, & fitness room.

The Neighborhood:
Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, entertainment, grocery stores, etc. are all located within a few miles of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
**This is condo is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental during the summer.

Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs about $7/day/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Instructions are included in the “Guest Manual” which is visible after booking. Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company and you are certainly welcome to use your own. There is a Dollar General across the street with a great selection of beach stuff.

The condo will include: one roll of toilet paper, bar of soap, & small shampoo/ conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days and we will not replenish these items during your stay.

TIPS ON WHAT TO BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

REFRIGERATOR: Check-in Day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has been open for an extended period of time and cannot handle an overload of warm foods. Please leave items that do not need immediate refrigeration on the counters or in your coolers and avoid overfilling the refrigerator. It can take up to 12 hours for the fridge to fully cool down.

AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will not cool below 20 degrees difference from the outside temperature. DO NOT set the temperature to a super lower setting which could freeze up the unit causing damage. Turn on ceiling fans, lower blinds, and keep doors and windows closed. Do not operate A/C with the balcony door open.
