Chambre froide et male isolée car quand nous avions arrêté le chauffage (bruyant) la température est retombée. Chambre deux personnes alors que nous avions réservé pour deux adultes et un enfant de 10ans. En compensation l'hôtel nous a proposé une chambre simple pour notre fille, c'est une bonne idée mais pas pour un enfant de 10ans qui a peur de tout.

Dommage que le Spa ne soit pas opérationnel, manque des friandises pour un petit creux dans le frigo, pas de thé en sachet dans les chambres, les plantes de la terrasse sont fanées, manque de nettoyage de la piscine, petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 10h on aurais apprécié 1h de plus... Malgré ces critiques qui aiderons je l'espère à amélioré leurs services, je vous recommande ce charmant hôtel très bien placé et avec un accueil très agréable.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation très centrale de l'hôtel qui permet d'accéder à pied et rapidement à restaurants et théâtre dans un quartier piétonnier agréable. Nice hotel in the city center

We were treated wonderful from the moment we pulled in. The staff is great. We received a nice king room with a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and steam room. The staff put our car away in a garage every night for a fee, but its worth it. We were there for 3 days and really enjoyed the hotel. This is a hotel that is located in old buildings. It isnt very handicapped friendly.

Very comfortable

Lovely hotel in the centre of town. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants, but the food in the hotel restaurant was very good too. Access by road is via the very narrow side streets that are not suitable for vehicles larger than a standard car. Will definitely stay here again.

Week end "amoureux" en provence

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à l'occasion d'un petit we en provence. L'hôtel propose des prestations très agréable (SPA, Sauna, Piscine). Notre chambre avait un petit balcon qui donnait sur une petite place très tranquille. Nous avons pu prendre un très bon petit déjeuner en terrasse. Etant situé en plein centre, nous étions à proximité de tous les sites à visiter, des restaurants, des commerces.

Good hotel, but don't get your hopes up

Great location in the middle of everything, kinda hard to get to because you actually have to drive through pedestrian only street to get there but no problems there. We were on two wheels, they have closed off garage which was free. Coffee maker in the room, comfortable beds, the only reason why I didn't give five stars is that we really needed a spa after ten days of hard riding. We got disappointed, the spa is actually an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, there is also a stem room but no massages, as a matter of fact even the indoor jacuzzi or pool didn't have any water in it, they said it was broken... As far as location it was perfect, close to all restaurants and less than five minutes to the roman theater. Arc de triumph is about eight minutes away.

zentrale, optimale Lage

Wir waren im alten Gebäudeteil untergebracht, roch etwas muffig und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Bett super, Zimmer sehr klein und eng. Im Bad war für die Toilette eine Ecke "abgezwackt", also mit Wänden eingefasst;. es war so eng, dass man quer auf der Schüssel sitzen musste....kurios. Sehr guter Service, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Und es wird deutsch gesprochen!!! Die zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist ideal für einen Touri-rundgang oder Restaurantbesuch.

El hotel está muy céntrico y muy bien situado. Las instalaciones son correctas. La piscina estaba bastante sucia. Traté de tomarme algo en la terraza del hotel pero el servicio fue pésimo, "como no sabían que era cliente" me hicieron cambiarme de mesa, no me dejaron estar en la que me gustaba (a la sombra), el camarero me trató de forma despectiva y me tuvieron esperando 20 minutos mientras otra gente que había llegado después que yo era atendida. Cuando fui al día siguiente a hacer el check out, me dijeron que era porque no se habían dado cuenta que estaba alojada en el hotel. ¿Y eso es acaso excusa? ¿tratan así a los clientes que no están alojados?

Une heureuse découverte

A la recherche d'un hotel pour une nuit dans la région, et avec un spa, nous avons réservé à la dernière minute une chambre pour un prix très correct pour les prestations. A notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous a indiqué qu'il nous avait surclassé dans une chambre rénovée. La chambre était spacieuse avec une lit king size et une grande douche. Nous avons profité de la petite piscine intérieure et du hammam, qui est d'ailleurs original grâce à l'aromathérapie. Nous avons également pris un petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le personnel et agréable et l'hôtel à taille humaine. Le seul bémol est la décoration un peu classique et vieillotte à mon goût.
