The room was close to the main road and noisy for me. Mattress wasn't comfortable. Hot water wasn't ON last night of stay. The room was really clean, the routine services was very good. But i can't rate more based on the money i paid.

Check-in was easy. The room was nice & roomey. Plenty of milk for cups of tea & housekeeping was happy to refill where necessary. Great position. Liked the fact you car was parked right out your door, except when someone parked their car in my spot & not theres. Maybe a good idea for customers to be asked to park in their specific spot & not someone else’s when the check-in.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Only thing missing was a fork for dinner and black tea bags but otherwise great stay... even had a swim in the indoor pool.

The room was clean, quiet and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. We didn't order breakfast so cannot comment on that. We had stayed here a number of years ago and weren't happy with the state of our room, but this time we couldn't fault anything and will definitely stay here again.
