Great House but missed some of the marks

Overall the property is nice, things that could have been better and good to know for the next family trip.1. Barking dogs and dog poop in the front of the house and late night barking2.Power would randomly shut off if too many items were running. (AC and Washer)3.Pool cleaner never came, had to clean the pool daily4. When it rains some puddles of water get into the electrical room and the bedrooms..5. One of the bathrooms the shower area the drain was clogged before we got there and had a bad smell6.Internet and technology was subpar. Internet was slow and not all the rooms had netflix or could access the internet due to the location and wifi strength.7.When using the dryer there is not vent outdoor, expect this to be a very very hot day if you need to dry your clothes.8.Would be nice if there was a list of utilities so that we could prepare for some items to buy or bring with us. Other than those items the place was great. I would maybe stay a little closer to a beach area so that it wasnt a task to get everything together and move to the beach each day.
