I knew I was booking a pretty cheap place to stay for one night but was really disappointed when we woke up to a large amount of water on the floor which could have been a disaster had we slipped and fell. Contacted the property manager and he said maintenance would check after we left. Later property manger reported that the appliance was working so no compensation is necessary. How about « I’m so sorry » Also, the light on one side of the bed did not work. The taps in the kitchen were not working great as in not shutting off properly. No face cloths for face washing. All in all disappointing but the lack of customer service is really the biggest disappointment!!
Towels from the bathroom we used to soak all the water on the floor!
Walked through here to go to the bathroom in the morning and could have wiped out!

Just as described

This place was a good stay. We only booked for one night. We were able to walk around and tour the area. We felt very safe. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
