Great, cute condo close to Eagle Beach! Very clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were amazing—modern and well-maintained. The management/owner was responsive and accommodating. Most amenities were provided, but the kitchen was a bit limited—no toaster or toaster oven, and a few basics condiments, dishwasher soap would have been helpful. It needs new frying pans too... Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location. Would recommend!

Eagle Beach stay
We stayed for 10 nights in November in this unit located at The Pearl Condo Motel.
The Pros: Very clean unit with nice en-suite showers in both bedrooms. Easy walk to Eagle Beach. Nice pool. On-site parking.
The Cons: No washer/dryer. Very basic kitchen (no oven, limited cookware and supplies). Small living/kitchen area with limited seating. No TV in either bedroom.
Ownership of this specific unit recently changed and I expect some upgrades are planned.
The property manager and maintenance people were terrific. The TV was not working upon our arrival, and it was swapped out in short order.
Overall, the unit feels more like a college dorm than a family residence, which is fine but did not deliver the value that I expected for the amount paid.

Wonderful gem close to the beach
Very nice 2 BR/2bath unit. Very convenient for getting around. Mgmt team were excellent with quick responses and accommodating. The Pearl offers a great pool, laundry, snack bar and great office help. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be close to the beach.

Excellent condo near Eagle Beach
We really liked this condo. Location was outstanding, condo was one of the cleanest we have rented, property managers were very responsive and friendly and helpful - some of the best we have ever encountered, pool and patio area were excellent. We would use this unit again if we return to Aruba. There were a few negatives I should mention: no oven or toaster oven (there was a microwave oven), no washer/dryer but there was a facility in the complex, the unit had a daily electicity usage limit with overage charges if the limit was exceeded (first time I have ever encounted this), and an extra security deposit was requited at checkin (over any VRBO charges) to cover possible extra costs. Again, first time I encountered such a requirement. But, as I said initially, we did like this unit and enjoyed our stay in Aruba.
