Exclusive Penthouse Unit! The Residences at the Divi Links, American owned from New Jersey. Our penthouse is located steps away from Eagle Beach, the best beach on the island. This unique property encompasses both worlds of condominium living and resort living. Our penthouse unit is very spacious at 1600 Sq. feet of living space, elevator access, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 half baths, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and terraces from both the master bedroom and living room area. It also has a very expansive rooftop terrace with a private elevator. This is a non-smoking property. Thank You..

The most exciting feature in this penthouse is its amazing 'private' rooftop terrace which has a covered wet bar and kitchen combined with hot tub. This totally private rooftop commands spectacular views of the ocean and golf course. It is fully decorated with comfortable furniture to relax on while sun bathing and is equipped with a full dining area that can fit 6 people! You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset on the rooftop while enjoying a 50 smart TV from your 6person hot tub. The terrace also has a grill, full refrigerator, sink, ice maker,
Our property is also unique for it allows our guests to enjoy private condo living as well as all the privileges of a premiere resort. Guests have access to all of the hotel amenities if they so choose. These amenities include: pool bartender, laundry service, daily cleaning option, pool/beach chairs and towels, transportation around property and to and from casino. This gives you all the luxuries and safety of a big hotel with the feeling of complete privacy.

Our Divi Links penthouse is the newest property on the island of Aruba. It is surrounded by a beautiful 9 hole golf course, amazing landscaping and a gorgeous resort pool with a water slide and swim up bar. There are 3 other pools on the property as well. One caters to young children and another that is more private for couples. Beautiful Eagle beach is steps away. It is very large and not crowded at all like the high-rise hotel beaches. It has cool grass huts, lounge chairs, and a beach bar that overlooks the ocean.

Shopping for groceries is very easy. It is a 10 minute walk or you can take a complimentary golf taxi to the edge of the property. Downtown luxury shopping is also a very short drive away and includes stores such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Tommy Hilfiger. Also located on the property, is a business center, fitness facility, casino and kids area which makes this an all around enjoyable, relaxing family vacation! JOIN us!!

The resort is nice and the condo was well furnished with extras, such as floaties, coolers, and golf clubs. The owners were friendly and helpful, reaching out before we arrived and addressing concerns quickly while we were there. The condo itself was comfortable; however, there were a number of things needing repair, including the dryer (which the owners promptly addressed). There was a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, closet doors that were unattached, and a drain in one bathroom was clogged. None of these things really affected our overall enjoyment too much, but are worth noting that there are some things that could use some updating.

Highly recommend this property and host. Location was unbeatable. Plenty of onsite dining options. The condo was clean and well stocked. Really loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. The rooftop deck was super awesome. My only issue was with the staff in the lobby at the check in desk- note this has NOTHING to do with the host or condo itself. Check in was a 40 minute ordeal. I’ve been to Aruba a dozen times and this was by far the worst check in experience. Again- the host and condo were incredible and I’m hoping the lobby experience was just a one-off. The quality of the condo for the price we paid was exceptional.

Amazing!!

We stayed here for two weeks, my wife and 3 kids (6, 8, 11). We all had the vacation of a lifetime. The condo was perfect, it had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The infinity pool with water slide was a big hit with our kids and the beautiful beaches are an easy 5 minute walk. Brett was a great host, communication before, during and after our stay. We will definitely rent from Brett the next time we come to Aruba.

Beautiful property with excellent hosts

The penthouse rooftop was amazing! Brett and Lisa were very responsive to issues we experienced. The condo wasn’t cleaned properly and they immediately sent a crew in to thoroughly clean it. We traveled with another couple and we each had plenty of space. The location is great especially if you’re a golfer which we are. They even supply golf clubs so no need to bring your own. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub is huge and very relaxing. The view from the rooftop is amazing and just for this condo! There were always taxis available from lobby to take us wherever we needed to go. There’s also a parking space just for this condo. We had a fabulous time and would return again. Thank you Brett and Lisa for your hospitality and great service!

50th Birthday Celebration

Our time at Aruba Divi was an exceedingly delightful experience. The property was clean, manicured and beautiful. The Divi staff was very welcoming, responsive and helpful. The condo we used for lodging only enhanced our experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and nicely supplied with an array of equipment for use at the beach and on the property: golf clubs, swimming equipment, etc. The roof top level of the condo provided us with a bird’s eye view of the entire property; the beach, lagoon, and golf courses were all visible, while lounging in the hot tub. The Divi Golf Resort and the C29 condo unit will exceed the most discerning traveler’s expectations. I celebrated my 50th birthday and my time here was in keeping with such a momentous point in my life. We will absolutely return!!

We had the best time at Brett and Kelly’s condo! The location is ideal, kids loved the infinity pool, and the condo had enough space for our family of 4 to spread out. Will definitely be back and would recommend the Divi to anyone!

Fabulous Family Apartment

We stayed at this apartment for a week with our 2 daughters and can't say enough about how great this place was. The private rooftop provided an excellent getaway and all of the amenities up there were clean with a hot tub. The apartment itself had all the amenities you would need to cook and i have stayed at many places where it was dirty, but you could tell they took the time to thoroughly clean it. We also love the bedrooms with private bathrooms and the common living room. Only downside was the balcony near the living room had bird droppings on the chairs but that is hard to avoid as we saw the same around the pool. A real plus is being part of the Divi resort and access to all of the great amenities as well as fantastic, friendly staff. Can say enough about this place and highly recommend.

Great week, great condo!

Condo was everything as advertised! Everything was clean and fully supplied. Brett and Lisa were available by email/text for any questions or needs that came up. We didn’t need to bring half of the things we did because they had supplied so much. Plenty of towels, housewares, and beach toys for all 5 of us! The rooftop is amazing and doubles the amount of living space to enjoy. We didnt have time to do a private chef dinner up there but it would be a fantastic spot for it! The golf cart shuttles on the property were always easily accessible and offered rides even as you are walking. The beach is only a couple of minutes by shuttle and only a 10min walk max. We enjoyed bringing the noodles, floats, and coolers that were supplied in the condo as well. We will definitely be renting this amazing unit again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The private roofdeck was the best feature. The views were amazing and you can see the cruise ships downtown. We watched the sunset while grilling dinner. The staff at the Divi Golf are some of the friendliest people in Aruba and there is no shortage of amenities from the multiple pools, restaurants, and golf. Erwin at the main lobby is anwesome and was always there for us to get us a taxi to dinner in Palm Beach or Oranjastad. The beach is a short walk across the street and is our favorite beach in Aruba. The water is crystal clear and it’s never crowded. Brett, our host, checked in on us and was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely book again! You will LOVE it!

Relaxing

This condo is fantastic for the family who wants everything. We were two couples with an enfant. As in all the comments the roof deck is something very special. We had a beautiful sunset dinner with extended family on the roof top. One thing to mention the roof top is not accessible from the unit. To access you take the main elevator to the top floor where you have private full access to the area. Luckily we brought a video monitor for the baby that was able to work for us on the roof top while he slept one floor down. We took full use of the many activities available at the complex such as: pools, pickleball and golf. Very handy to have golf clubs as well as the cooler for the beach provided. From the condo the walk to the beach and restaurants is very easy. The complimentary tram is always around to take you anywhere within Divi limits. We definity will be renting this condo again. Fun in the sun

Had the best time. As previous time share owners of this resort we have been here multiple times. Great atmosphere great staff great location. This year we didn’t have enough points so I went through vrbo and stayed at this penthouse location favorite part was winding down each night on the spacious balcony each night with a good book. Host was very attentive and accommodating and checked in frequently can’t say enough great things about this visit will definitely be back next year !!!

A great condo and facility

The owner Brett and his wife have put all the extras in the condo to make you feel relaxed in your stay in Aruba. This is our second time staying here and We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The furniture is all brand new when we arrived this year. Both couches are sleeper sofas which was awesome. They thought about everything. Extra towels, speakers, coolers, floats, golf clubs, and snorkel gear. The Pent house floor is great to watch TV, sit in the hot tub and the tables and lounge chairs to eat or lay out is great. There are 2 gas grills to use if you want to cook. Great for sun sets. The walk to the beach is not bad. The resort also has golf carts to take you around. The facilities at the Divi golf resort are nice. Played golf and the course is good. Brett checked in several times to see if we needed anything. You do have the option to do the all inclusive with the resort. The cost was $190 per person per day for ages 18+. We never did it because the restaurants on the island are so good. If you are a group that wants to go in town or around to different restaurants I would recommend getting a taxi service. I used 297 taxi. Look them up on Facebook. Albert and Maria picked us up anytime we needed them. Very reliable. Tip- if you go grocery shopping download the super foods app and order what you want. They do deliver. Saves so much time. I recommend this condo to everyone I know. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Aruba Christmas Vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, spacious, had everything you would need while staying there. Easy walk to beach & pool. Carts were easily accessible for rides around property and to and from casino. All the workers were friendly & helpful. We chose to use taxi service and we never waited more than 10 minutes for one to pick us up. The owners of condo are super easy to work with and are easy to get in touch with if needed. I plan on rebooking here for our next trip. We loved the property!

Amazing Place!

Everything you could want in a condo. Great private rooftop with hot tub! Little surprises like magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms and plenty of hair tools for those who use them. Coolers and pool floats/noodles to use. Although we don’t golf, there were several golf club sets available. Great communication with Brett. Any time you have a question or any issue, he responds very quickly. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect vacation

After a long awaited family vacation, this property didn't disappoint!! The Divi golf resort was a perfect location on Aruba. It was right across the street from the best beach on the island and close to shopping downtown and great restaurants. The condo was everything described and more, pictures do not show how much room there is, it fit my family of 6 no problem. The rooftop terrace was incredible and we had our perfect family dinner there when we all arrived. Thank you Brett for checking in with us during the week and Aruba is my new favorite island so count on us to come back soon.
