Very relaxing. Our room was perfect......10 steps to the beach and 10 steps to the pool. Dining was good, buffet has good options. The a la carte restaurants were good, not gourmet, but had some great meals.

The beachfront location at Divi All-Inclusive is truly spectacular—one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Easy access to the beach, incredible views, and warm turquoise water made for a dream setting. The food exceeded expectations! Buffet meals had great variety and quality, and the restaurants (Red Parrot, Ginger, Paparazzi, Club Margot) were all enjoyable. Club Margot had the best ambience, and Ginger had amazing cocktails. The staff was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, especially as we dealt with several room issues. Unfortunately, the rooms need serious updating. We experienced a broken phone, a leaky floor, exposed wiring, and multiple repairs throughout our stay. Though the team offered a room change and partial refund, the issues definitely impacted our experience. Would I return? Yes—but I’d ask for a renovated room next time. The location, food, and service are worth it, but the rooms need to catch up.

The rooms themselves seemed a little outdated, could use a facelift. Couple cobwebs in the shower. The property itself was gorgeous, perfect beach and pools were good. Food spots were minimal but all very good and the staff was excellent

I have been going to Divi all-inclusive for about 8 years now, I have to say I see a decline the cleanliness of the rooms and property. I was not able to book dinner reservations at the time I wanted; it was always available at 5PM or 9PM. I did like how friendly the staff was, the bartender Allen was awesome. I hope management get back to paying attention to detail.

The resort is beautiful, but our check in was supposed to be at 3pm but our room only got ready almost at 4pm. The wifi didn't work in our room for the first two days, even after we complained with front desk on the first night. Our room was somewhat cleaned, but the floor was very dirty, we had to keep using flip flops inside the room. We didn't get room service on our third day there, so I had to go look for a house keeper to get clean towels. But besides these problems, the place is beautiful, we loved staying there, all the bar and restaurant staff were incredible.

This property was very quiet and for the most part very clean. There could have been a few more choices for dinner options as individual restaurants. The cleaning staff needs to pay attention to the paper products that are needed in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper to be delivered to our room twice. Everyone was very pleasant amd friendly.

The property was not bad, but it was under renovation due to a fire. There was a lot of workers, and dust around. I would have given them more stars if they had kept the place cleaner and less disruptive. The hotel needs to do better with their food selection for individuals with dietary needs, including individuals who are vegan, or vegetarian. We made the best out of the situation, but we should not have had to struggle for the amount of money we paid. The beach was lovely and well kept. The entertainment was really nice. It was a very diverse environment which made it great. Family, couples, and single mingled making it a fun experience. Also, be mindful if you leave anything behind, their lost and found is non-existent and they don't reply to emails.

Had an issue at check-in booked trip in February for July for two queen beds, but got there and got one king bed for myself and my daughter. I was told it was because I booked through a third-party Expedia and Expedia did not communicate with the hotel. Since this was a father daughter trip, my daughter did not want to sleep in the same bed obviously so we took turns sleeping on a small chair that turned into a bed. They said there was nothing they can do and they did not budge. And would not offer anything anything in additional. Bother being the most that nobody even said anything we got to the room and noticed a king bed instead of 2 Queens. Overall the property was very nice. The beach was perfect with plenty of huts. Overall, the service was very good. Most employees at the front desk and bars and restaurants were very nice and pleasant and helpful. Some of the staff in the main buffet could’ve been a whole lot nicer. Some of them just gave a blank stare like they didn’t want to be there. It was kind of rude and awkward. the main buffet was pretty much the same every day except for some new additions, but the food overall was pretty decent. There is nothing to prevent people from nearby hotels or the street to gain access to the hotel through the beach. It happened to my 17 year old my daughter she was approached by a male with no wrist band. the bartender went to get security they never came.
