The rooms are outdated. Our bed was very hard and squeaky. I had to ask the staff to clean our room, they did not want to clean it because we were in the room. I told the staff we would leave so they can clean the room. She said it was almost 4:30 so I guess she was about to get off. I had to ask for towels two nights in a row. One day the hotel ran out of washclothes and shower mats.

The suite was very clean, the beds comfortable, our room was cleaned daily.The 2nd night we saw a cockroach in our room( our room was on ground floor When I mentioned it at the front desk someone was at our room within 10 min.and we never saw one again.The pool and waterslide are great! Short walk to eagle Beach.DJ & live band we're great!Me andy teens loved our 3 night stay.

I have owned 5 platinum week timeshares in Aruba over the years (5-9). I since have turned them over to family and for the last 4 years my sister and l have been coming to Eagle Aruba. We have enjoyed this resort and all it offers. By far our favorite! We are already planning next year's visit! Clean, safe, free entertainment, amazing staff throughout the property, accommodating, near beach, grocery & pharmacy and a sweet little casino next door! Taxi service available at all times. What's not to love??!!

Las personas del hotel todas muy agradables. Tiene muy buena localización si quieres ir a una de las mejores playas de Aruba. Solo le puse 4 estrellas porque la habitación tenia un poco de olor a humedad y es una pena porque es bien amplia y cómoda

Our 2nd time at Eagle Aruba and it didn't disappoint! The property is in the perfect location. Minutes from Palm Beach with all the night life and restaurants, short bus ride downtown to all the shopping, within walking distance to Eagle Beach and within walking distance to the supermarket. Three pools to choose from, entertainment, comfy rooms with a kitchenette, friendly staff... This is our home away from home. See you in 2026, Eagle!

I really loved all the pool options. Rooms are very comfortable. Entertainment everyday. Kid friendly, but adult areas for comfort and quiet. Easy beach access. Friendly efficient staff.

This was a very basic hotel and not what we were expecting according to its photos. We were on the ground floor. It was difficult to relax on the patio to read or talk due to the extremely loud entertainment by the adult pool (which you could still hear on the beach) and lasted all day until 8pm. Also, smoking is apparently allowed on the patios. We are not smokers but the people next to us were very heavy smokers. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk was not. We found them short- tempered, rude and condescending. We had an incident with a small gecko in our room. We were not scared of it but didn't want it crawling on us while sleeping (not sure if they even do that) and asked the desk for someone to help find it. They kept telling us it wouldn't bother us. An hour later, security came to our room, found the gecko, hit it so much with a broom that its body split in two and then threw it in the yard next to the porch and walked out the door laughing at us. I kept hollering to stop and not to kill it but they did not listen. We were so upset and regretted calling. Overall, the facility was just ok. Nothing exceptional. If you are looking for a very basic hotel on the cheaper side, this is good. It is definitely not for those wanting anything upscale with a bit of luxury. Spend the extra $500+ and go elsewhere.

I have stayed here 4 times. This time the bathroom needed a better cleaning. There was black mold On the shower head and around the shower knob. Also, there was mold under the rim of inside the bathroom sink as well as in the cracks of the shower wall. The rug in the livingroom is very dirty and stain.
