🏠 The house welcomes you across 2 levels.
On the ground floor, you will find:
🍽 🛋 A spacious living area for shared moments and conviviality. A fully equipped kitchen with an island (oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster). A dining area as well as a lounge with a large sofa and television.
🌞 On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace that opens up to the living area.
🛌 A bedroom with a double bed.
🚽 An independent toilet with a hand basin.
On the upper floor, you will have access to:
🛌 Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, television, and storage space.
🛀 🚽🚿 A bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, an Italian shower, and a toilet.

🔎 What can you discover during your holiday in the Kaysersberg Valley?
There is so much to see and do in the Kaysersberg Valley that the choice is vast.
It is unthinkable to visit Alsace without exploring its famous wine route, whether to discover a vineyard or to stroll on foot or by bike along the slopes of the vineyard.
In contrast, winding along the heights is the Route des Crêtes from the Col du Calvaire – where the Lac Blanc resort is located – and its iconic Vosges summits, ideal for cycling, motorcycling, or walking. Don’t forget to stop at one of the farm inns for a delicious meal.
The valley is also postcard-worthy with its typical Alsace villages and authentic mountain villages.
The Kaysersberg Valley is rich in heritage, with many museums (Museum of Woodworking and Heritage, Museum of Alsace Wines and Vineyards, Memorial Museum of Linge, ...) and numerous local artisans (Kaysersberg Pottery Workshop, Kaysersberg Glass Art Studio, as well as ironwork, ceramics, ...).

🧹 Cleaning will be done before your arrival.
🛏️ Beds will be made with clean sheets.
🧼 Clean towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel will be provided.
🛜 You will have free Wi-Fi access.

House rules:
🚭 This is a non-smoking property. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.

⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment, and sanitising the bathroom facilities.

🧹 It is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and tidy up the interior of the apartment. If you prefer not to handle this, you can order a "complete cleaning" service for the apartment for €30 before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and fail to follow these guidelines, a cleaning penalty of €60 will be charged.

📝 A digital contract will need to be signed, along with your ID, via the Yaago platform after booking, and police registration details, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match the booking, we reserve the right to deny access to the property.
