Charming newly built villa, immerse in hearth of the climbing area of Finale Ligure, in a small village called Feglino, 10 min drive away from the well known ex Nato Base. Just a few minutes drive away from the main seaside and well known resort of Finale Ligure and the medieval town of Finalborgo. The villa boasts incredible views looking over the "Monte Cucco". Ideal for climbers and MTB bikers or families. Kids love running free and enjoying farm and countryside life.

The Villa is divided into two floors, each with own private entrance. I live on one floor and guests can enjoy their own space on the other floor. The area around Sopra il Santuario is extremely quite and surrounded by nature. Free bed linen and towels provided.

Schöne, helle Wohnung mit super Aussicht auf die bewaldeten Hügel. Autobahn in der Nähe, Lärm hörbar aber nicht störend. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, verwöhnte uns mit frischen Eiern von eigenen Hühnern.Biketrails und Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür.

Amazing host!

Stayed there with my friends during a climbing-trip. Easy check-in, parking lots and a good kitchen for cooking our own food. Short distance to many of the climbing crags but also really close to mtb-trails. And the view is amazing.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Der Gastgeber Adriano hat sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert und uns wirklich gut umsorgt. Sauberes und gut Ausgestattetes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick. Perfekte Lage für MTB Touren an die Nato-Base. Außerdem gibt es einen ganz lieben Hund für die ein oder anderen Streicheleinheiten, welcher nichtmal über Silvester zu hören war. Wir waren absolut zufrieden hier und kommen definitiv wieder, Vielen Dank.

Schönes Haus und unglaublich netter Vermieter

Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über das Tal und den Monte Cucco gegenüber. Man sieht zwar im Prinzip auch die Autobahn, die jedoch weder optisch noch akustisch stört. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt in die MTB Trails einsteigen, oder in 10 Minuten zu den nächsten Klettergebieten fahren. Man kann auch in einer knappen Stunde sehr schön zu zwei der Highlights " Grotta dell Edera" oder "Tre Frati" wandern. Das Beste ist jedoch der Vermieter, der eine Etage tiefer wohnt und unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit ist. Ob er frischen Salat aus dem Garten vorbeibringt oder einem die Umgebung erklärt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment wie zu Hause. Vor seinem großen Hund braucht wirklich niemand Angst zu haben. "My Lady" lässt sich von jedem begeistert streicheln. Im Dorf unterhalb ( Orco Feglino) gibt es einen sehr leckeren Bäcker.

Climbing in the Finale area

The villa has a beautiful view over Orco Feglino with Monte Cucco in the distance, it is really easy to find from the motorway taking the Feglino exit. The host was extremely friendly and since there was no guest staying the night before we arrived, we were even able to check in before noon. There’s plenty of space, inside and outside and we didn’t miss a thing. The kitchen is well equipped, unlike some other places we have stayed before, even if we didn’t make much use of it. The host even offered to make a BBQ, but since we spent most of the day climbing, we didn’t find time for a BBQ. Everything else in the house was just as expected and very comfortable. Departing was just as straightforward, we backed our stuff, said farewell and were off, no hassle at all. Since we didn’t manage to climb all the crags we intended to, we will definitely return and this will be our first choice for accommodation!

Super, Adriano Gag super Tipps und versorgte uns sogar mit frischem Salat aus seinem Garten. Ruhige, saubere und toller Ausblick. Die Nähe gelegene Autobahn störte überhaupt nicht. Gerne wieder

Schöne Urlaubswoche

Adriano ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Objekt hat eine sehr gute Lage, wenn man wie wir zum biken und klettern unterwegs ist und eine tolle Aussicht. Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein und die Töpfe und Besteck waren bei der Anreise nicht ganz sauber. Sonst war alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great winter MTB-Trip

Nice house for riding and climbing in Finale Ligure. Quiet location with great view of the valley. Best Nato-Base trails reachable in few minutes by bike. Friendly and accomodating host.
