Rural Tourism Accommodations

800 metres from Orellana de la Sierra Beach and the "Oasis del Pescador" beach bar, with stunning views of the Orellana Reservoir and the La Serena region, a porch with garden furniture, a patio with a barbecue, and a wine cellar with a fireplace where you can extend your evening. Orellana de la Sierra is a small village of 200 residents, typical of Extremadura’s “Siberia,” where you can enjoy water sports such as swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, boat rides, and more.
You can go horseback riding through the Sierra de Pela. The area has been designated a Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA). You can admire the wide variety of birds in the area, including griffon vultures, storks, eagles, great bustards, and one of the most important crane roosting sites in Extremadura. We have magnificent hiking trails.

Spacious house with great veiws

The house is conveniently situated for us and is our 2nd stay be it only for a week this time but 3 weeks lasy year The house offers plenty of equipment in the kitchen (Apart from a kettle) but we have learnt to bring our own over years of staying in Spain and France. The views fron the upstairs sun terrace are amazing of the lake and country side The bed was very comfortable ...if i had any comments to make our stay even more comfortable would be for some cushions on the patio chairs or some sunloungers This did not make our stay any less delightfull.
Stayed 7 nights in May 2023
