Walking distance to University Mall, Restaurants, Grocery Stores and Movie Theatre. UVU/BYU, Sundance, ski resorts, and Silicon Slopes right down the road.

This is a top unit apartment. We have tenants renting the basement. Two seperate entrances, no connection. A single family of up to 10 or 3 individuals welcome
