It was a very nice little apartment that suited us perfectly. We were a party of three so we didn't need anything bigger. It was close to all the action while still being in a quiet area. The apartment was a basement apartment, but there was quite a bit of natural light so it didn't feel like you were in a basement really. The hosts were very quick to respond when needed. The kitchen was adequately stocked plus there were bonus items of a few things such as some spices and wraps/ziplock bags which was very nice. There were even a few cold sodas waiting for us in the fridge! We enjoyed our time there, and we would stay there again.

Great Place to Stay

The property was clean, the host communicated promptly, beautifully decorated and organized. Just was not a fan of a basement. There are big window wells that let in natural light in most of the rooms.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice place to stay. It was pretty quiet and very clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We would return here again. A few things to note: the photos show that there's an actual coffee maker, but there's only now a Keurig machine. Also, the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped. It is okay for just cooking a little bit, but don't plan to do a lot of cooking as the pots/pans and utensils are somewhat limited. The location is nice though as it's close to everything in Orem.

We came to the Orem area to be with family for Thanksgiving. Our stay was wonderful and the hosts were very accomodating and very quick to respond to a couple questions we had. The suite was very clean and comfortable! They provided all the amenities we could have needed.

Gregory and Miguel are fantastic hosts, they communicate early and respond quickly to questions. They helped accommodate us for an extra day due to some last minute changes. The place was beautiful and tastefully furnished. Beds were incredibly comfortable.

We chose this location because of the price, proximity to where we would be working for the week, and the great reviews. The reviews are spot on. The place was very clean and comfortable. The extra touches like a fully stocked spice rack and baking supplies, extra toiletries, and a stocked laundry room made this feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this property.

Easy access , good location

Very nice basement apartment . Needed air mattress and couch to accommodate everyone . Unfortunately no bedding for those and air mattress deflated easily . A little small for a family with 5 children , as 3 of them were teens, Nicely furnished and great kitchen necessities! Washer / dryer small , but quick and very nice to use, really appreciated that . Host were quick to respond and kind. Little chilly fur summer basement sleeping . Upstair people had very late hours . All in all a good choice - for the length of stay and price .

Great place!

This is by far the best rental I have stayed at and far exceeds staying at a hotel. I stayed here for two weeks while I had medical treatment in Provo. It was very comfortable and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated - coffee, Q tips, lotion. The property managers were very attentive and respond to questions immediately. Highly recommend this homey rental!
