The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The front desk area was also clean and staff were friendly. That's the only positive remarks i can make. The hotel was maybe 25% occupied. When the front desk assigned us our room, i asked if it was in a quiet part of the hotel. He assured me it was. After we went to bed the room next to us proceeded to open and let their door slam shut for the next hr. We called the front desk to request they contact the room and make it stop. It did not and continued for another 30 mins. I stood outside my hotel room to directly request the next door room stop at which point it was clear to me there were a number of rooms all around me that were together and going in and out of each others rooms. My wife called the front desk again and demanded we get moved to another room. 2 hrs after we initially had went to bed, we finally were able to enjoy some peace and quiet

This is a very basic room! Limited shampoo and soap with no other cleansers or creams. I had to call for a hair dryer. I stayed three nights and there were no room cleaning. I paid on Expedia but they charged me when I arrived and tried to charge when I checked out. It took some time to straighten that mess out during check out. Further the room charge was not a bargain even though the amenities were!

Hotel/room was very clean & new. Staff was very customer-friendly. All rooms only have a sheet on the bed. Some rooms have a blanket stored in the wall unit. If not, ask for one. You’ll also have to request a blow drier, soap for the shower, & extra towels if your room needs more then 2. The surrounding area was safe & well-kept.

Everything was great! Spotlessly clean and new. The bed was comfortable, I slept great. The location was good too. Close to what we needed but not in the middle of busy, noisy, city streets.

Walls, windows, and doors all thin. Could hear every door down the hall way slam. Room beside mine i believe the door slammed shut around 15-20 times between 9pm and 130am while i was trying to sleep. People reving their car motors at 2 am right outside my room window and could hear normal conversations by the window like you were with the individuals outside.
