Spacious (136 m²) holiday rental in a quiet location. Approximately 2,500 m² of green space with an adjacent stream right next to the house—perfect for playing, relaxing, and barbecuing. Large open-concept living-dining room with a reading nook on the loft. The living room features a wood-burning stove. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds; additionally, there is a cot in Bedroom 1. (1 child under 4 years old stays free.) It is also possible to set up an extra bed (1 x 2 m) for a 7th person. The skylights are equipped with fly screens and blackout blinds. Not suitable for people with cat allergies, as we have indoor cats. The garden shed and its contents may be used by arrangement with the landlord. The apartment is located on the ground floor and extends to the second floor. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house and 1 parking space in the driveway.
