a large terrace on which you can enjoy an aperitif and friendly meals.

Other remarks
You arrive on a small island where the infrastructure is different and smaller than on a continent. Water and electricity distribution networks can sometimes experience malfunctions. Distribution companies always do their best to restore (potential) outages quickly.

The water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to be produced.
