FWI House villa is located in the best area of ​​Orient Bay:

you will be both close to the beach, only 750 m away, and high up with an incredible view of the bay and the islands of Pinel, Tintamarre, Caye Verte and Saint-Barthélemy.

You will also benefit from a light, beneficial breeze.

The private swimming pool, with its deckchairs, is located slightly below the rest of the villa, out of sight, while enjoying a beautiful sea view.

You will benefit from 2 outdoor tables for your meals:
* the 1st in full sun, ideal in the morning or evening to enjoy an almost 360° view.
* the 2nd in a covered area, perfect for midday protection from the sun.

The outdoor lounge located in the shade on the terrace for 6 people is the ideal place to have an aperitif or read while contemplating the sea.

The living room with its American kitchen and its very high ceilings faces the sea and the swimming pool.

The villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds:

* the 1st is adjoining the master bedroom with WC,

RENTAL IN 3 OR 4 ROOMS

To reserve the 4th bedroom, please enter when booking: 8 people to have 4 bedrooms.

Otherwise the 4th bedroom will remain closed and you will only have access to 3 bedrooms.


NOTE

1 free parking space at the foot of the villa.

The third bedroom does not have shutters but a curtain. The other 3 bedrooms have shutters.

The villa is equipped with a very useful cistern to compensate for possible water cuts.

The villa also has 4 beach chairs available for the stay.

Preferential rates on deckchair rental on the beach.

The villa is on several levels:
* A first staircase provides access from the street to the first terrace with the swimming pool and to bedroom 4.
* Then a second staircase connects the swimming pool to the rest of the villa.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The villa is located in Orient Bay.

You will enjoy its long and beautiful beach, its water sports (jet skiing, sailing, kite surfing) as well as its numerous beach bars and restaurants with their deck chairs and parasols.

For your evenings, traditional restaurants and bars will welcome you.

A small supermarket is located near the beach, as well as a bakery, a hairdresser and a tobacconist.

You can also have your groceries delivered if necessary.

The Orient Bay park is very secure with more than 100 cameras and 24x7 security.

10 minutes by car, you will enjoy the villa of Grand Case with its beautiful beach as well, considered the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.

The beach with its water activities, restaurants and shops are 750 meters on foot below the villa.

A car is nevertheless practical for discovering all the attractions of the island at its 27 beaches.
