When entering the afternoon sun is always on the balcony giving natural light to the apartment. There is a large living room with ample seating for 5, a full UK TV package on the flat screen television and free WIFI for guests to use. From the living room you can step onto the large balcony great for relaxing, sunbathing or dining either for breakfast or your evening meal, perfect for a little romance. There is a nice size dining area inside next to the very large fully fitted kitchen with all mod con's to cater for any family. There is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a large en suite shower. The double bedroom also has access to the large balcony. The twin bedroom is comfy and has built in wardrobes. There is a large full bathroom next to the twin bedroom. Above is a communal solarium for sunbathing should you wish or take a plunge in the communal pool below with large grounds to relax and let the world go by. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a lift available.

The apartment is literally a one minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5 minute drive away, or catch a taxi or use the local bus service!
