Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with every comfort of home including A/C and heating, Large corner reclining leather sofa, Fibre optic internet, 55" Samsung smart TV with British channels and Netflix account included, surround sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, walk in shower and hairdryer. The apartment is situated on the ground floor overlooking a large pool with a large balcony and is ideal for disabled guests as there are no stairs.

There are 2 bedrooms each with there own bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and built in wardrobes. The bathroom has double wash basins and a large mirror and a shower and a bath.

The second bedroom has 3 single beds and built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a large walk in shower.

The gated complex has 24 hour security and beautiful grounds. There are 3 other pools within the complex that can also be used.

The complex is 200 metres from the sea with beautiful beaches which all have beach bars. There are local amenities within easy walking distance.

Great place

Had another great holiday always love staying here the checking in is so easy and the apartment is a great size with everything you need to make it a comfortable and pleasant stay it’s the perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants would defiantly recommend staying here

Fabulous apartment in much desired location close to the beach and short walk to restaurants and bars so no car needed. I’m very familiar with the area but it’s easy to get to know. The manger was great and very helpful. Highly recommend

Overall great location… very clean.. nice complex. The only grumble is the air con, your given so much money on a card which ran out for our 3 nights… which then could only be topped up by megan… who by the way was very polite and accommodating. We went 1 day and 1 night without air con. However megan did offer for us to fetch another card from her but we were out. I will definitely revisit and use the apartment.. thank you so much and thank you megan xxxx

Perfect family location

Clean, tidy and amazing swimming pools. Apartment very well looked after with lovely homely touches. This is the 3rd apartment we have rented at La Recoleta and definitely the best. Superb ground floor location and Megan was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment for a quiet relaxing holiday

Ground floor, with terrace facing the pool. Apartment is north facing, so stays cool through the day and night without a need for aircon. The apartment is very modern and well maintained, and the complex is quiet and secure with nice swimming pools. Great for a relaxing holiday. If we had a small issue it would be that although the apartment is 200 metres from the sea it's a bit further to the beach by foot (about 5 to 10 minutes), and the beach isn't really beautiful (small and rocky and tricky to get into the sea).

Anything but luxury! Falling apart, dirty and smells bad. They don't even supply you with hand soap!

We were asked up front, to pay a special Covid Cleaning Fee. Unfortunately, we discovered how unclean things were. Coffee cups that still had coffee stains all over the insides, silverware that looked rinsed and put away but never really "cleaned". The cleaners said it was "staining" and the owner should replace the cups...indeed the filth came off easily with a little soap and water. The apt. was literally falling apart (broken counter tops, huge cracks in the walls, and a horrible stench coming from the kitchen)The other thing that REALLY sucked, there was no soap other than dish soap. Went to shower the 1st morning to that rude awakening. Who rents an apartment and doesn't provide soap? Also lacking were paper towels or napkins, extra toilet paper rolls and any type of cooking oil. If you want return clients or even good reviews please provide the basics OR TELL US AHEAD TO BRING THESE ITEMS. We have stayed at tons of b and b's all over the world and this was the worst - also the first time ever to use VRBO! The ad had even said that the place was 9 miles from Guardamar del Segura center (where our friends live) but it turned out to be 17! Big difference. Would never stay here again. Horrid,

Great apartment

The apartment is spacious and within a few minutes walk to the sea and many restaurants and supermarkets. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and the beds and lounge furniture as well as the terrace sofas are extremely comfortable. The owner and the manager are responsive, replying to any queries promptly and efficiently. We wish we could have stayed longer and intend to return in the Autumn should there be availability. Lovely Apartment close to all amenities

As a family with a boy of 15 years we stayed in this apartment over the May half term. Booking the property was really easy and Steve the owner quickly replied to any queries I had both before arrival and once we had settled into the apartment. We hired a car but due to the location on the apartment this is not necessary if you prefer not to drive abroad. There are a number of good bars and restaurants all within walking distance and several nice beaches, one with a beach bar. The apartment is very spacious and has all the facilities you may need when self catering. Whilst you do not go on holiday to watch television, we had one day where the weather was fairly cool so it was quite nice to be able to curl up on the sofa and watch a film on the one of the many English channels. My son got to watch an episode of Eastenders so he was very happy! All in all this is a great apartment with all the equipment you need for an enjoyable holiday in a very nice location. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to friends and family.

Spacious apartment close to all amenities

Lovely large apartment on ground floor with large terrace overlooking the gardens and one of the pools. Very well equipped kitchen and utility with all you could wish for ( the only issue was that some things were not fully clean but I do not think this was the owners fault but the cleaner) There was everything provided including including beach towels, sun chairs and plenty of linen. Large screen TV with all english channels incl. BBC regional channels. We found the WIFI worked all the time. We travelled at start of April so was still cool especially at night but there was heating as well air conditioning which was needed as apartment was so large. Also there was some maintenance work going on given time of year but had no impact on the experience whatsoever. Location ideal whether or not you have a car. Small beach nearby and also 10 minute walk to restaurants and supermarkets. If you like walking can easily get to Torrevieja to the north and La Zenia beach, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig to south. If you have car you have the main road N322 and also AP7 motorway that is part toll but will be quicker in summer months. There is also a bus service close by. The owner rather than the local rep. did contact us during the stay to ensure all was OK which is a good touch especially when he recommended the restaurant Rustica in Playa Flamenca (small so need to book). This was really good food - would also recommend Nautilus near the beach. Overall this was a "home from home" apartment to have a much needed relaxing break also allowing us to visit many places we had not seen before

We recently rented the appartment for sixteen nights.We were met promptly when we arrived and things were properly explained to us. The appartment is only a short walk to a very nice beach and a little further for many bars and restaurants if you choose to eat out.The kitchen is well fitted if you choose to eat in some nights. TV and Internet were also very useful A very nice,clean appartment and being on the ground floor ideal for young and old

Apartment was nice but disappointed

Bit disappointed as I took my daughter away for four days after she finished her GCSEs. The WiFi stopped working the day after we arrived, the aircon stopped working on the third day. The owner told me that only £20 worth of air conditioning was allowed due to previous abuse. The WiFi was a big disappointment as my daughter was expecting it to be super fast being fibre optic. Also the cleaning fee of 50 euros seemed excessive for 4 nights.

Spacious, clean, close to the beach and very welcoming

The apartment is in excellent order throughout, and only 300M from the beach and promenade. The ground floor apartment had a lovely terrace and looks out over a secluded long pool. It was very comforting and well equipped with a large LED TV, wifi, the main bathroom has heated floor tiles. everything worked well and no need to bring travel adapters as the owner has kindly left UK socket points to connect to. Highly recommended and real value for money.

Christmas Stay

This was the first time we had been to Spain at Christmas and so wanted to make sure we chose the right place to stay. We are so glad we chose this apartment because it more than exceeded our expectations. It was lovely and spacious and contained lots of little extras that you don't usually get in holiday rentals. The comfortable sofa and large screen TV, the state of the art washing machine and dishwasher to name a few. A big bonus for us was the heating, which was necessary in the evenings, and kept the apartment lovely and cosy. There are a couple of beach bars within 5 minutes walk and a lovely restaurant - The Nautilus - again just a few minutes walk from the apartment. It is convenient for the N332 which takes you north to Alicante or south to Murcia. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone.
