With stylish modern furnishings and proximity to top amenities, this apartment offers a comfortable stay for all. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Space:
The living area has an open-plan design that connects the white and black kitchen, and lounging area with smart TV (that has both English, Spanish channels) and opens up to the private balcony. Sliding glass doors allow natural sunlight into the space. The Living space is furnished with a comfortable 3-person sofa with a coffee table and a 4-person dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and appliances including microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, airfryer etc.

The master bedroom possesses an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The bedroom has double bed bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, a shared bedside cabinet and a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are spacious and well-lit with natural light. The family bathroom also has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

There are many blue-flagged beaches in the surrounding area too with the nearest being a 10-minute drive away.
Take a short 5-minute drive to Alicante’s largest shopping centre (La Zenia Boulevard) and experience a world-class retail therapy.
