This is an exceptional hotel. The staff and amenities are excellent. It's barn to most of the hotels here. This is not a boutique hotel and it's a little pricier than normal. However, it's not as pricey as some of the luxury tourist hotels. This is a very friendly staffed hotel, and I will be back very soon.

Stood for an overnight visit. Pleasant hotel newly remodeled. Hotel restaurant was very good. Rooms very clean and I would visit again if ever I return to Orizaba. Great overnight stay! Worth the price!

Excellence. This hotel beautiful the staff very polite and attentive. My room was clean on a daily basis and when i say clean i mean perfectly clean and spotless thank you to the cleaning service crew for doing such a wonderful job.the rooms are very nice and comfy with very nice screen tv with options to watch any other entertaining platform. The location is Excellent within the 1st frame of the city and surrounded by many shopping places and parks. The food at the restaurant and the coffe shop where delicious.This will be my number one choice for when i come back to orizaba.

Use una toalla para secarme el cabello y se mancho poco de tinte porque dos días antes me había pintado el cabello y la recepcionista me avergonzó cuando regrese de comer que una toalla estaba manchada que la tenía yo que pagar en ese momento y me cobraron la toalla cosa que en ningún hotel ni de cinco estrellas me había pasado pues las toallas se usan y lógico se manchen por último un recepcionista varón delgado de tez blanca que no se cómo se llama hice el check out con el y me dice permíteme un momento voy a checar su habitación y baja y me sale con que hacía falta una toalla de mano y le dije no puede ser yo no he tomado ninguna y fui a revisar la habitación y todas las toallas completas y el insistía que faltaba una toalla por lo que me hizo abrir mis maletas para demostrar no me llevaba yo la toalla y obvio no porque no soy ninguna ratera me hizo sentir horrible fue una vergüenza se me subió la presión horrible y el tipo seguía diciendo que yo pagara la toalla que faltaba y yo mal porque como iba a pagar algo que no tomé en fin el peor hotel al que he ido un mal trato al cliente y lo que pensé es que estos hacen negocio con las toallas para cobrar extra yo he ido a hoteles de cinco estrellas he viajado por años y el peor trato de mi vida lo recibí en el lorbe hotel así que no vayan a qué los avergüenzen con las toallas los traten de rateros y se les suba hasta la presión como a mi y acaben en el hospital porque allí pare para que me estabilizaran la presión
