Nice, clean, & warm

The only issue we had was the room temperature. It could only be adjusted by radiators in the room, which only blew out hot air. When we called to see if there was any other way to turn down the temp as the room was very warm, the answer was to turn off the radiators and open the windows. Other than that, the room was clean and staff was friendly.

Staff was exceptional. Quick response, very helpful and polite, They were the best part of the stay. Facility is showing age. Carpet clean but still showed older stains. TV is small (about 32 in diag) and picture does not show edges - missing score and info at top and bottom of screen. Someones makeup on floor behind chair. Latch on bathroom door missing faceplate. Grout in bathroom molding done very poorly. We will probably not stay at this location next trip to Orland Park.

I called for towels while getting ready to jump in the shower I had to get re-dressed because there wasn’t enough staff to bring up the towels, I was asked to come pick up my towels or wait until 10 pm when there was relief .

Everybody was friendly at this hotel! However, the shower had a bunch of white junk that made the water get the of about 5 inches deep and taking a shower, not training well and it was a terrible showerhead that looked like it could come off for you to be able to put it on your back leg and I couldn’t figure out how to work it also need to have a table with a couple of chairs to eat in our room and or playing cards
