Some upgrades

Need some upgrades on in-house activities it's nothing for kids to do or adults don't even have pool table anymore definitely the biggest downfall and some rooms need more double beds , it would've been nice to know it's a fee for the neighborhood water park now

House has seen better days

Overall, the house met our general needs but had a lot of issues. Pros: - the space was good for our large group, especially having two laundry rooms and plenty of bathrooms. - Having a pool at the house was convenient, as the owner had no idea how to access the community pool - Two refrigerators are nice/necessary with such a large group - communication with property manager was good. Owner seemed dismissive and handed us off quickly, but the major issues were resolved the next day Cons: - the listing did not correctly state the bed configuration so we had to scramble to adjust - we were told we could get 2 PM early check in, but the cleaners weren’t informed. We had to wait in 95 degree heat for 1.5 hours to get in - the lock on the front door, garage door, and one of the pool doors were all broken when we got there (resolved the next day) - multiple ceiling fans were not functional or unsafe (those were removed) - photos show carpet but there is none. No bath mats, rugs by exterior/pool doors, etc - ice makers had hole in bin, causing ice to fall out every time we opened the freezer - game room was in disrepair: pool table was not there, two TVs shared one remote that had no batteries, couches were broken - multiple bed frames were broken - pool was not treated before we came and had a glue that stuck in hair, we had to constantly skim out - a TON of small issues, like blinds that were broken, shower doors didn’t close all the way,

I paid for heated pool didn’t get serviced until 2 days into the stay, no mop or broom inside to clean floors, washer upstairs flooded out to downstairs kitchen, theater room sound didn’t play only thing I liked was it was enough room for my family but it wasn’t they stay I was expecting. Oh and one of the refrigerators didn’t cool smh

The house is very spacious and looks exactly like the pictures.

We had a large group for my sisters wedding and everyone was comfortable. The Disney theme was amazing for the kids! The kitchen is very big and had two fridge. Communication with the property manager was execellent Everytime I had a question! House is in a nice gated neighborhood! Very beautiful

-property manager was rude and acted as if me calling her was an inconvenience -we've stayed here before 2 years ago and it was in much better shape then; needs fresh paint and a deep cleaning -sheets were dirty and gritty -broken furniture in game room -TVs in rooms would not connect to wifi -internet/phone reception was awful -did not provide any type of househould essentials to at least start off with

House was very comfortable for the amount of people we were able to accommodate everyone. Only issue would be that the house was not very clean a lot of cow webs and couple of bathrooms were dirty and no extra bedding. Needs a little TLC you can see water damage on the walls.

Our House was Double Booked

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at the location we booked online. The day we arrived another family was moving in and we were told by Nicky they had double booked. Thankfully, Nicky, one of the managers, got to work and found another property nearby. However, instead of the 14 bedrooms/11 baths we paid for we got 11 bedrooms/7 baths. Our months of planning around who would sleep where went completely down the drain and we did not have enough space for two families who had to stay in a hotel and travel back and forth. That was the worse of it. We did get a small portion of our money back, but the inconvenience was immeasurable. The purpose of the trip was for our family to be together and that didn't happen like we had planned. We had fun in spite of it all, but these things could have been better: pillows were flat/ some blankets were dirty or had spots that do not come out after cleaning/one mattress was sunken in/ a few tattered towels/ pots and pans had no teflon finish left on them. The property was clean, but some updating is needed. Extra blankets would have been nice to have and white sheets/spreads look so much more inviting and sanitary
