Briceno's 2022 Family Vacation!

Lisa was excellent very professional, knowledgeable, Friendly and excellent has communication. I let her know it was a last minute rental because our previous rental was a last minute cancellation and we were desperate looking for a vacation home and Lisa came through for us she made sure the house was available and ready for our stay. The house had everything we needed kitchen equiped with everything pool very clean, clean towels very cozy big and comfy also you have everything close by for all your needs. Easy access the guard at the gate she is extremely friendly makes your welcome feel amazing and ready for a happy and fun vacation stay!!!! Thank you The Briceno Cape Coral Florida

Close to everything

This house was perfect for our needs. Close to Orlando and a 2 minute drive to Walmart for groceries. The house was overall clean but the baseboard had a lot of dust. The beds were a little noisey and uncomfortable but we made it work. For whatever reason the master bedroom had 2 mattresses and it was so high off the floor I actually had to take one off. The layout was perfect and the pool in back was nice. The extra bonus we didn't expect was a small pond in the back which had some wildlife. We woke up one morning and saw a river otter. It was pretty neat! I would stay here again despite the couple bad things. I also didn't expect to have a gated community. We were issued a parking pass as well as the rules. Quiet times are 9pm-9am. Parties are not permitted which wasn't an issue for us. We also went to the community pool at the clubhouse note there are two, but the other clubhouse is for the other community.

Not a great stay

We couldn't stay at the booked house because the owner wanted an extended stay so they "upgraded" us to a bigger house with a hot tub and private pool. The original house only had a heated pool. When we arrived on Friday night the pool and hot tub were ice cold but the house was nice and we just thought we could contact the owner in the morning. We couldn't contact them Saturday or Sunday because they are not available on the weekend. So Monday we call and they tell us thewater is not warm because we didn't pay to have a heated pool. This was never mentioned to us or in the details of our rental. We agreed to pay the money to have hot water in the pool. They said it would take 24 hours to heat. Fine. Waited but the pool never got warm. Called again. They came and checked on it. Waited another 24. Still cold. They called a pool guy. Waited 24. Still cold. We spent the whole week staring at a beautiful pool and hot tub that we couldn't use. I won't be renting from them again.
