The house was as pictured, though several areas felt outdated and the flooring throughout could use a deep cleaning or replacement. There were visible spots and wear in many places.Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better upon arrival. We found food particles in the sink and on the counters, which were already quite scuffed. There were wrappers upstairs between the couches and even someone else’s clothing left in the downstairs couch cushions. I understand that turnover times can be tight, especially in busy areas like Orlando, but there were multiple cleaning issues. I did notify the host team, and they were responsive.The pool area was great and one of the highlights of the stay. However, whenever we tried to relax outside, a neighboring property frequently played very loud and explicit music, which made it difficult to enjoy the space.One thing to note for future guests: if you prefer medium or softer mattresses, this may not be the best fit. All seven beds were extremely firm. After long days at the parks and venues nearby, it was difficult to come back to such hard beds. A few of us actually found the loveseats more comfortable to sleep on than the beds. If you prefer very firm mattresses, though, you may enjoy them.Overall, the house, community, and amenities matched the listing and were generally good. With some improvements to cleaning and a few updates, this could be a much stronger stay.
