They moved us to another house

We booked this house, it looks great. The management company, Tropical Escape Vacation Homes called us and said this property was not available days before we were set to arrive. The other house was not near as nice. Review of the management company, not this house: They are beyond skimpy. No extra toilet paper, no hand soap, house was dirty, when contacted about a dryer not working, sink faucet about to fall off and the front door handle literally, LITERALLY falling off, they said they would send someone to fix it that day. Well, 5 days later, it was still not fixed. I would not deal with this company ever again.

Nice Neighborhood/ Nice House

The home was nice. There some discrepancies on the day of check in where we were not able to check in when we arrived but that falls in property management company. Also paid for pool heat but it was broken and a bit of hassle getting refund. Property manager is never available to talk or at least that's what her workers tells everyone. Aside from that the house is nice and roomy. Had pool table and Foosball table to keep us busy.

Great home to rent.

Enjoyed this home very much. Tropical Escape was very responsive to any issues or questions that we had. Very nice pool and lots of nice patio furniture. Nice size bedrooms.
