iTrip Orlando was the biggest issue with our stay. The internet service was out when we arrived, iTrip Orlando told us to call Spectrum and we spent 3 hours from 10 pm -1 am trying to fix the internet which was not fixed for 3 days bc they ignored us for 3 fays at iTrip Orlandorefusing to return our calls, 1 day prior to our departure. Secondly iTrip Orlando did not notify me that they required and extra payment of 40.00 per day to heat the spa, i rented a home with a spa so i could use the spa while my children attended a concert. Then i was treated like a moron and a problem for asking for working internet and heat to the spa. Keep in mind the security system is also not working while the internet was down. So as the paying parent of this vacation i got no internet no security no spa heat and no tv while my children attened a concert for two days. I got absolutely nothing i paid for. I dont know if the owner of this home knows how nasty iTrip Orlando is, or if they employ them for that reason but they didn't give two (poops) about us or if anything was ok or if we were safe.
And i still left this home spotless with all laundry done. SHAME ON iTRIP ORLANDO FOR MAKING MY FIRST TIME IN FLORIDA EXPENSIVE AND MISERABLE i could have stayed in Michigan or traveled to California if i wanted to be treated like an inconvenience that doesn't matter.
