• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We will provide a basic cooking pot and tableware for 36 people
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $75 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.
There is a dumpster near the clubhouse to dispose reciclables.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

House was perfect for my group of 18. We had everything we needed. The community itself was nice, however my rental car did get towed illegally from the driveway of the house. The property manager was very quick to respond and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy, the pool was perfect after a day at the theme park. Would stay here again.

Family Getaway

Our overall experience with this property was great. The home was perfect for my large family of 21 adults and 8 kids. We were close to all of the attractions and stores as stated. The owner responded to me in a timely manner that i really appreciated. Only negative thing I could think of was the hassle of having to go through security everytime we left and came back. Also , the extra rules after check in was a bit much buy understandable. I wish there was a space for kids to have to play and enjoy, besides the pool.Overall, i would recommend this home for a large family with not a lot of kids.

Unacceptable Last Minute Cancellation and concerns of potential scam

I am extremely disappointed by the last-minute cancellation of my booking for this property for February 21st-25th. This abrupt change has caused significant disruption to my birthday plans, and I am struggling to understand why such a decision was made without any prior notice.What concerns me even more is the series of red flags surrounding this cancellation. Given the timing and lack of clear explanation, I can’t help but feel that I may have fallen victim to a scam. The fact that I was charged, or any other irregularities in the process, has left me questioning the legitimacy of this transaction.
