3 bed 2 bath Single Level Villa. Only 5 miles to Disney's Main Gate.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath comfortably furnished villa is just like home. No crowded hotel rooms here. Get up in the morning and make a cup of freshly brewed coffee or make a full meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

This unit will sleep up to 8 people. There is a king bed with full private bath in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults). This unit has 4 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included) .

This complex has a large heated pool, spa, tennis courts, BBQ area with gazebo and a fitness room. Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm.

This is a single level ground floor villa, so no one running over your head. You also have the convenience of parking at your front door. There are many restaurants, shopping and golf within 1 to 2 miles.

Located only 2.5 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.

Other things to note: There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. No Street Parking is Allowed. Additional free parking is available at the pool area. PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE GARAGE.

We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.

The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.

Great for a family.

More than we needed for two people. Main room needs painted kinda beat up. Plenty of kitchen ware for eating in. Close to main highway. A little road noise as this units backyard is near the street. Clean pool area . Good neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

I didn’t like it it was so horrible I had to book another hotel and me and my family that was supposed to be together had to be apart and all get different hotels the blankets were dirty and the pluming didn’t work bath tubs filled with water and didn’t go down and toilets clogged and just taking a piss
