Disappointing!
We were disappointed!
The bedroom my eldest chose had not been changed. She found a candy wrapper in the bed and the pillow covers were filthy. When we messaged the local booking agent (not hotels.com) and we were just told to call the property management to sort it. No apologies. When cleaning the house at the end I found a sock that was not ours under my bed.
The WiFi is not free as per the listing on hotels.com. There is also no mention in the listing that you will have to pay $45 to $55 a day if you want the pool heated. The pool was the main reason we booked this house so very disappointed that this was not mentioned as we would have chosen somewhere else.
Also to note that the house in the listing is not the house we stayed in.
Overall we were very disappointed with this property, I appreciate it was a budget home but by the time you add in the pool heat and wifi it is not. No excuse for the level of cleanliness.
I will struggle to use hotels.com to book this sort of property again.
