Great place- management communication was not great
The 6 of us stayed 3 nights here and it was a nice area, and clean, nice, spacious place. I would like to note that the check-in process was unorganized. I was 30 minutes away from check-in still waiting for instructions on how to get into the place. If I didn't reach out, I would have not received anything. I called the main line and got our codes and messaged the property management at the same time. The property manager messaged me back after check-in telling me they needed a picture of my drivers license in order for them to give me the code. Meanwhile, I had nothing previously sent to me requesting this information prior to me reaching out, we had also paid in full for the place already. We also only got 2 extra toilet paper rolls for the entire house, and no extra paper towel rolls, so be prepared to bring your own or go and buy some. This place is supposed to sleep 8 so I don't know how 8 people staying for 3 nights would not run out of those two products. There were also limited bath and hand towels, two per room. Great place, I just think the management could do better with communication and providing some basic accommodations, like extra toilet paper and paper towels would make the place even better.
