Property is clean. Furniture is outdated. Upholstery furniture needs to be cleaned/replaced

The overall property is good. Furniture definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced. Upholstery shows age. Traveling with a toddler, we made sure we covered with beach towels. If leather, we could have wiped it down. 1 Bedroom was supposed to have 2 full beds, but there were2 twin beds. There was not enough cooking utensils in kitchen. We had to buy cooking trays/sheets. We borrowed a pot holder until we could purchase some. The pots are too small to cook for any size family. There was a fee that would be imposed for most everything. Dishes do break mistakenly. We wee overly concerned about the fee to replace Walmart/mainstay dishes. We were concerned if we mistakenly turned the air down too low. We were concerned/cautious about mistakenly getting makeup or a stain on a towel all because of the excessive fees. All of that made really relaxing difficult. The washing machine banged and clanked when used. Again, the property was clean enough, but I would choose a different property the next time I visit.
