== ABOUT THE PROPERTY ==
Our beautiful 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms vacation home includes all you will need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and easily accommodates up to eight guests. It is equipped with all you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with cable tv, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private splash pool. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a lovely formal dining area and living room. There are four bedrooms, with the master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed under. There is a fully enclosed laundry area that includes a washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, towels, linen are also provided. The home has a screened, private splash pool that faces east.

It is just a short walk to the fabulous Windsor Hills clubhouse with Olympic-size pool w/ zero-depth entry and water slide, 50-person movie theater, and sundry shop. Plus, our townhouse is in the building that is closest to the fun-filled playground. Resort Pool is 140,000 gallons of clear blue water, heated to comfortable 79-80 degrees year-round! Relax in our hot tub or play a round of poolside ping-pong. Young adults love the 80 foot winding water slide and children love to dance in the Children’s Fountain! THE MARKET PLACE & GRILL is OPEN DAILY 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and the GRILL is open daily 10:00AM - 7:30PM. Sports Equipment Rentals available through the resort clubhouse. Please visit the Welcome Desk to rent any equipment for a small, refundable fee. Golden Transportation will be available onsite for taxi services from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH ALL DRIVER NAMES. ALL DRIVERS HAVE TO BE REGISTERED AT THE GATE FOR ENTRY TO THE RESORT. 3 cars maximum per house allowed by resort staff.

Issues with property:1. Master bath - Towel hook missing. Holes not repaired2. Master bath - towel rack bar missing3. Master bath - light fixture over sink rusted4. Master bedroom- curtains don’t cover windows- wrong size.5. Master bedroom- carpet deteriorated and loose in places6. Dining area - Vertical blinds in disrepair and missing7. Kitchen - water dispenser on refrigerator broken8. Kitchen- ice dispenser on refrigerator blacked out buttons - apparently not wanting us to use9. Bunk bed bedroom- cable and electronic equipment mounted on wall near floor. Risk of electric shock for a children’s room. 10. Pool Spa - jets don’t work. When I reported this I was told it’s not a traditional spa, it’s a soaking tub. Nice try. It is a traditional spa that is broken. A soaking tub is generally made of wood slats held by metal straps like a wine barrel. This is a spa with jets tied to a pool. The jet system needs repair. 11. No wash cloths. I know you it was stated that they don't supply wash cloths, and that makes no sense. 12. Living area - couch has a large hole which someone attempted to repair with duct tape. 13. Ceiling fans - no remotes or switches to adjust speed. Speed is only high. 14. No hand soap anywhere in the home. 15. No trash bins. Check out instructions stated to place all trans in bins provided, or in dumpsters. There were no bins and no instructions on where to find dumpsters. This property by far is the worst VRBO we've ever stayed in.

Great value

We stayed here for a cheer competition. It was very clean, had everything we needed. Property manager went above and beyond to remedy things for us. I mentioned no pizza pan and she was amazing enough to send us one via amazon. That was very thoughtful. The thing I would like to see changed is outside furniture. There are only two loungers when there is plenty of space for more so it made it hard for 6 adults to enjoy the sun at the same time. There is a Hot tub but personally it takes up valuable patio space where more deck furniture could be. The house was great, I was happy with the bedrooms as we were all adults there so not to much kiddy themed stuff which was a nice change.

Perfect March Break Away

We had an amazing time during our stay. The home was exactly as described and provided an ideal space for our family. Open concept, clean, walkouts to the pool area, ensuites for each bedroom and games and fun in the garage. Lost of space for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy.Other bonuses: the house is centrally located in the community so very close to the playgrounds and the main pool and facilities. Windsor Hills itself is perfectly located in central Florida so you are within a short driving distance to everything.We loved it so much we have booked again for next year!

Lovely spacious home

The location and complex amenities were fantastic. Did not know about no access to the bbq grill without a 50 cleaning charge which we didn't opt into. The heating of the pool and hot tub were great but the tub jets are incredibly weak and almost nonexistent. Overall awesome house and spacious! Would definitely book again.

Great vacation

We had a great time at this property. Spacious and comfortable. Property location is good, secure and quiet. Close to main office and waterslides. There are a lot of activities including pool table, air hockey and foosballHouse is big enough for family of 6. A BIG thank you for heated pool. It was big and warm. I wish kitchen could be better equipped. Some of the items (knives and pots) need to be replaced. The big complaint was that property management fails to effectively communicate with renters. They never respond . After all it’s perfect for my family.

The property was very nice. Property management very promt w communication. Definitely needed a few things updated. The matresses were very uncomfortable and loud like hard plastic so if you moved at night the sound woke you. The icemaker was broken and unfortunately during our stay the pool broke but staff was very attentive even during the holiday week. We would definitely stay again.

Nice neighborhood and community pool. It was nice having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I assumed the hot tub was hot and didn't require an additional charge. I think 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom isn't enough. Beds were comfortable but the queen was noisy. The neighbors pool pump was a little loud during the night by the master. Little things could be improved upon but functional and convenient location. Game room was fun. Community pool and store were nice. Would recommend.

Holiday Time

The location and amenities were great. It worked well for our family with kids to have the pool in the backyard and also use the resort pool and splash pad. It was nice to have the garage set up as a game room. But, the property needs attention, updated and repairs need to be made. The mattresses in most of the bedrooms need to be replaced (sagging or squeaking.) The breakfast hightop table finish is well-worn. The TV in one of the bedrooms lost its pixel brightness blackening screen and unable to use it. Towel bars missing or need to be replaced, small holes in the wall in some places, the living room sofa has duck tape to cover the rips, and the vertical blinds are missing slates or they fall off the hooks. I recommend this property receive some attention and make some improvements.
