Our comfortable villa is baby friendly, with everything you need for a wonderful family getaway.
This fabulous villa is located in Sonoma Resort next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls. We can have a lovely Christmas tree at the house in December!

The space
Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house located at Sonoma Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. This luxurious property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups looking for a memorable vacation experience.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully designed living area, complete with elegant furnishings and tasteful decor. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for socializing and relaxation.

At our vacation home you will find:
- Your own PRIVATE POOL to relax after a sunny day at the theme parks. Pool heating is optional, available upon request and has to be confirmed before check in. The cost is $40 plus taxes per day, for the whole stay.
- Full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dining utensils for 10.
- Drip coffee machine.
- Complimentary high-speed WiFi internet
- High capacity washer and dryer.
- Iron and ironing board.
- Linens and bath towels are provided.
- We are baby friendly! Two pack and play with a mattress, two strollers and two booster seats for the little ones are available during your stay. Linens for the pack n play are not provided.
- All bathrooms have complimentary shampoo, hair conditioner and soap.
- Complimentary parking space.
- Access to resort facilities is included - no additional charges.


The bedroom configuration is as follows:
- Bedroom 1: The king suite master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and a TV, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay.
- Bedroom 2: With a king-size bed, private bathroom, and TV, this bedroom offers a serene and comfortable retreat.
- Bedroom 3: Guests staying in this room will enjoy a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and TV, providing a tranquil space to unwind.
- Bedroom 4: Similar to Bedroom 3, this room features a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and TV, offering a cozy and private sanctuary.
- Bedroom 5: This bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom. This bedroom is on the first floor (downstairs).
Outside, you'll find a private pool where you can take a refreshing dip or simply relax on the sun loungers. Spend your evenings enjoying al fresco drinks, or lounging at the spa while creating unforgettable memories with loved ones.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit, allowing you to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout your stay.
Guest access
You have the entire villa for yourself, and free access to the resort amenities.
Other things to note
Check-in time is after 4pm, check-out time is 10am sharp.
Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.
Upon booking, please let us know if pool heating is required. Pool heating is an additional charge of $40/day plus taxes, for the whole stay.

Our vacation home is self-catered during your stay.
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 10 guests, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, and cleaning supplies enough for your first days. In case you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at any supermarket.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit or request an additional cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies) - payable through Airbnb.

The pool is serviced weekly, and the pool technician accesses the back patio through the outer screened door of the lanai. To keep the pool in safe condition, please don't lock it!
