The comfortable living room has a big screen TV for your family to gather together to watch your favorite TV shows or movies after a fun day at the theme parks. When it's time to eat, you'll enjoy the spacious kitchen, stocked with every utensil, dish, glass, pot and pan that you could need to cook a great family meal! The kiddos can sit in the breakfast nook in the kitchen to munch on snacks, or the family can sit at the formal dining room table and have a hearty meal together.

Ready to splash around in the Florida sun? Step outside and take a dip in the glorious pool!! Or relax on one of the chaise loungers with some sun tan oil on, and get that vacation tan that will make all your friends, family and coworkers jealous of your fabulous Disney trip! There's also a table with chairs on the patio, so you can have a nice snack or a couple drinks in the shade outside.

When it's time for bed, you can settle into the Master Suite featuring a king size bed, TV & VCR, private en-suite bathroom with separate entrance to patio & pool. The queen bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and TV. And the kiddos can run into one of the two twin bedrooms, each with 2 comfortable twin sized beds and private TVs. You'll sleep sound in this Kissimmee vacation home!

This executive style vacation home is located in peaceful community Indian Ridge Oaks, just a few short miles to Disney World. When it comes to comfort, style and cost, Rocco's Retreat meets all expectations.

PLEASE NOTE:
Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Cost: 3 days $140 plus tax, 4 days $172 plus tax, 5 days $204 plus tax, 6+ days $40/per day plus tax.

This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first two pets and $50 plus tax for each additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.

Dirty and broken

The floors were so dirty it turned your feet black within a matter of minutes. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets with food just caked to it. There was mold in the bathrooms and around one of the air vents. The dining room chairs were completely broken, there was broken furniture throughout the house. The master mattress was broken and slept horribly. You aren’t allowed to touch the thermostat so as a pregnant woman it was very hot. Felt it was overpriced for the quality of the house and the shape it’s been left in.

I can’t review this property itself so I will review the hosts. I had a trip planned but my aunt passed away and we had to attend her funeral instead. Through many failed communication attempts, these hosts wouldn’t help me transfer my dates or do anything at all to help. Not only was it horrible to deal with the loss of my aunt, but I had to endure the horrible treatment from these hosts was completely unfair and inhumane. I don’t understand how they could have zero sympathy. Before you book read all the reviews on how horrible they are and also look them up on the Better Business Bureau. I have an ongoing investigation happening through Vrbo to have them removed off this platform, but until then do your research and save yourself money and a headache. And I’ll go ahead and call it now, I bet anything, just like the other reviews, they will write back stating their contract policies that are all loop hole scams to protect themselves. So congratulations, you received $1,000 from a poor grieving family. I hope you feel good about yourself.

Overall the neighborhood is ok. Seems like a lot of rentals and so many homes aren’t kept up with. Not horrible but definitely not the best either. Most people have little grass, more weeds and little landscaping. The homes back up to each other so there is little privacy when in the pool. The furniture is old and damaged. Panels missing from armoire and couch. Side table leg looked like it was going to fall off any second. The dining chairs feel like you are going to fall right through them. The home could use some updated furniture. Other than that, the process was easy. The beds were decent and everything we needed was there. We had one issue where the coffee maker didn’t work. Customer service reply was immediate and we had a new coffee maker the next morning.

This property was in a nice area. Close to Parks. Unfortunately, the property is extemely outdated. The furniture is outdated and damaged. The seats at the dining room sinks in. The couch is filthy. We saw a rouch on one of the rooms. This property needs a total update.

Great time despite lack of communication

We had a great time and the house was a house. The ice maker put chunks of plastic in the water bottles and an overwhelming smell of curry I. The house were the only downsides. One of the beds in one of the guest bedrooms is not able to support a small child, but thank goodness we didn’t need it. Aside from that all is good. Please have the manager contact me at the earliest convenience.

Love the property but one of the rooms has cockroach. Love the swimming pool but its not heated because you have to pay for heating. Love to do barbeque but there is no grill because you to have rent the grill. The rental house is very nice but needs improvement. We still enjoyed our stay! Thank you Peter or Kelly!!

horrible experience i paid for heat the pool they never did, the house was completely dirty

Very bad and dirty house, animals hairs everywhere and the restrooms smell urine, we call and we request move to another property and the administration never give me solution, i ask to speak with the manager and she never call me back, very very bad experience, the inspector come to the house she see everything and take pictures but we never have a saticfatory solution. all the furnitures very old and broken, very bad ougly and dirty. this house have to be remove from the market
