Great stay for value

The home proved to be incredibly spacious and accommodating. One drawback, however, was the parking situation, which became increasingly crowded in the evenings, making it difficult to navigate the slim driveway. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the location's accessibility, featuring a range of nearby stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The host's ongoing communication was also a significant aspect of my stay. Moreover, the unit's close proximity to the trash area was a convenient feature. Overall, my stay was great, with no notable complaints.

This place was perfect price, clean, comfortable for 2 families. Our problems was that in the middle of the night there were block parties. People screaming and fighting. You could hear everything inside… we had to call the police. Never again.

It’s a cute little condo. Nice and bright. This place is close to everything you would need, Walmart and other retail stores were 5 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Universal was under 30 minutes and Disney was 15 minutes away. But there are some things that need to be addressed. The front door sticks when trying to open it. Housekeeping needs to clean all the dust off the baseboards. They need more dishes for larger families (there is enough for a family of 4) foosball table was broke. And parking was a nightmare, some days as the local residents kept blocking the road. Also local Residents had dogs inside the pool area running freely. It advertised there is a private pool, but there isn’t. And the twin bedrooms do not have tv’s in them which bugged my kids. Water pressure in the king master bath shower sucked. Overall the Condo worked for what we needed as we were not there much during our week stay.

The service of the property is disapointing. From the 1st day we didn't have wifi connection, watching TV was not possible. We stay the last 3 days without the AC. We called several times, to fix this, but nobody came. We are very disapointing on the service. Best regards, Juliette

This stay was great ! Your basically renting a whole townhouse at hotel prices ! Very spacious and loved the app they provided to speak to them . Definitely staying here again.
