Roaches!!!!!!
Our stay was from Wednesday to Monday for remainder of Thanksgiving week, Once we entered inside of the home, we were greeted with roaches crawling around in the kitchen (we have pictures, please bring roach spray), the pool was not heated (even though we called 2 days prior to arriving to ensure that pool would be heated) some of the TVs did not work, each bathroom had one bath towel and one hand towel (no washcloths so please bring some towels), no floor bath mats to step out the shower on in the bathrooms and We were a group of 12. The amenities were very limited, the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner but no soap, there was no starter kit in the kitchen (small bottle of dishwasher liquid, dish towel or laundry detergent even though Guest Services said it was). Guest Services was called, and she informed us no one could come out until Thursday (Thanksgiving) to check the pool, TV and they would have to call someone to come out Friday to spray for the roaches (we had nowhere else to go). Someone came out on Thursday and stated that the pump was not turned on for the pool and it would be Friday before the pool would be heated and he programmed one of the TV's. Someone came out Friday and placed roach motels in the kitchen, however, the roaches continued to come (we have more pictures). We also called back because the roaches were STILL coming, and pool was STILL not heated. The carpet and walls were dirty. We requested a refund for what we paid for the heated pool and a partial refund of our stay and still no response.
