• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $75 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

Please place the trash in the plastic bin located on the side of the house daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

A Great Vacation!!

We felt safe in a gated c community nor. The house is beautiful and was as advertised. The weather was quite cool so we did not use the pool area area. Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. Our only only issue was there were no washcloths but a nearby Walmart rectified that non issue. Shopping and food stores were less than 3-5 miles away. E wish we had the time to stay longer.

This house is in a unique neighborhood of vacation rentals near Disney World. This seems ideal for a family gathering to enjoy the amenities but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we have ever had in a vacation rental (and we have rented extensively for years at VRBO locations across the US and Western Europe). Think large condos right next to each other. Each house has 6+ bedrooms so large groups are occupying each of the hundreds of houses. 10 pm quiet time which is great if followed by all residents. Unfortunately, the family next to us partied and had children screaming in the swimming pool until 3 am and later, and the master bedroom was adjacent to their pool area. Literally impossible to sleep. After the HOA security did nothing, we had to call the sheriff 2 nights. When the family departed, they left piles of trash outside, which was strewn across the side lawn for 2 days. After that disruptive family left, we finally got some sleep. A dreadful start to what was supposed to be a fun family vacation in Disney World. Aside from the noise, the house is a 1990s track home with lower end finishes. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs is really dirty and it appears that the cleaning crew's vacuum does not work. The baseboards are dusty and dirty. Master shower has a window where blinds were broken so someone just propped a picture up to cover the window. Most blinds were not functional. Kitchen is fine for preparing breakfast but that is about it. The pool is a great plus and the number of rooms and bathrooms are great for a family gathering. The house could use a deep clean, new paint and new flooring upstairs.

Soccet Tournament

Great place for a group of soccer dads not wanting to stay in the hotel with our daughters soccer team. Everything was as advertised. The only comment I would add is if you are going through VRBO the distance and the map they show are not accurate. Still not a problem but we thought we would be just around the corner from ESPN but were actually about 15 minutes away.
