This house was absolutely amazing!!! My family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend we ranged in ages from 2 - 60 plus two small dogs. Everyone had their own space if needed and the common areas were unbelievable! From the theatre room to the pool. I will be booking this house yearly for my birthday weekend. Also Chai was very responsive and the house was very clean! We could not have asked for a better home for the weekend!!

To drive 6-7 hours with family and be met with this clean and cozy house was amazing. The outside doesn’t do it justice, it is larger than I was expecting, with plenty of space for everyone. Nice pool side bbq w/ dining table set up. Kids loved the pool, it was larger in comparison to our neighbors. Had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

We came to celebrate our daughter turning 3 and niece turning 15. We loved everything about this vacation rental/home. We were made comfortable and was able to really enjoy family time. Amazing!! This house is not just a house, it’s actually a home. My little family enjoyed it. Super clean, spacious, the movie theatre room is perfect, our family of 10 got together watched movies with popcorn, surround system was a big hit. The swimming pool and spa is kept clean and heated. Plenty of room for all and very appreciated that Chai welcomes your furry family member. That’s a big plus for many of us that will not leave them behind. Family Vacation

It was close to everything. We had 3 families traveling together n staying together, this place was perfect for us. The check in and check out process was so easy and not stressful at all. Extra Bonus to the daily trash pick up!!!! With 3 families, we had so much trash from all the take out food and paper plates (no one wants to do dishes on vacation!).
