I love everything about this property. It’s actually one of the top favorite hotels of mine within the area. The only issue I had was when I was up in the bar, I asked the bartenders for a drink. I understand that it was a little busy, but they never approach me or ask me anything so I just stood there for 15mins without anyone at least telling me to give them a moment and they will get to me in a bit. When I seen other guests approach them. They gave them a menu. They could’ve done the same thing with me But instead, they were just looking at me as if I’ve never approached them. I honestly thought It was rude and unprofessional other than that all the other staffs were very welcoming.
