Located in the exclusive Sunridge Woods complex, you will be only minutes away from Walt Disney World resort, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Legoland. And for the golfers, again within 10 minutes drive, you can access, World renowned golf courses, The ChampionsGate, The Mystic Dunes , The Highland Reserves, The Providence Golf Club and Ridgewood Country club.
If you prefer to relax at the Sunrise Villa, it offers an incredible pool and spa patio with sun all day. With no neighbors in the back you will enjoy outdoor / pool life with complete privacy.
Our villa is family owned so, we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation memorable and a real success.
The Sunrise villa is fully equipped with flat screens TV, High Speed Internet access, Wi-Fi network, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.
Sunridge Woods is an exclusive and peaceful community of private homes set within a conservation area with attractive Wetlands to the front of the development.

Very clean and comfortable house. Pool area is great especially like the part where nobody is behind the house it’s all woods and mowed grass. Very relaxing would rent again 100%. Definitely going to miss it.

The amenities were wonderful and the themed rooms were spot on! We lacked for nothing. The pool was amazing once the weather started cooperating, we couldn't keep our kids out of it. The host was very friendly and communicated with me very well. The stay was wonderful! Not only did we have a private heated pool we also had a place that was decorated so cute! My girls loved the frozen themed room and I enjoyed the Harry Potter one :) It was a great stay close enough to the parks but far enough away to not be in the constant traffic. Loved this place and we will be back asap :)

The property is wonderful, pictures are accurate. The decorations made it very special for our Disney trip and the details from the hosts were very thorough. We stayed during the week and did get surprised by the lawn care and pool care folks arriving and doing work on the mornings but it didn't disrupt our stay. Highly recommend this property!

A perfect place to stay if you want some of that Disney magic. After seeing the photos online of this lovely home, we quickly booked it for our stay for when we would be visiting Disneyworld with our three granddaughters. The pictures don’t lie. The girls excitement when we entered the home for the first time was unbelievable. They squealed and screamed as they ran from room to room, checking out every thoughtful detail and decoration. Of course, the Frozen room was their favourite.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, whatever you would need to cooking, even down to the Mickey Mouse waffle maker. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. There was even an assortment of beach towels by the patio door for use with the pool and spa. We never had a chance to use the games room but it was also well stocked. The location of the home was perfect if you plan on driving to Disneyworld. Using our GPS, we were able to avoid most of the traffic congestion and never took much more than 25 minutes to drive to Disneyworld. The home was large, spacious, very clean. Our group of seven thoroughly enjoyed our time here and strongly recommend this place. Its perfect for place for any family considering a place off-site of Disneyworld but wants to feel like they never left the park.

We had a fantastic time in the Adventure Villa.It catered for all our needs. It was so spacious for the 5 of us. The pool was wonderful and kept our children busy all day. We cooked a lot at the villa and the kitchen was so well equipped. There were also lots of towels and extra bedding. The games room was a great bonus and kept us busy on our rest days from the parks. The stroller that was available to use was a god send, our children are big enough to walk around but we used it to cart all our stuff! And in the hot, hot weather we were so grateful. The villa also had cool boxes, beach equipment, and umbrellas. We felt the hosts were very thoughtful in preparing the villa for guests. Plus we were only a 25-30 min drive from Disney/Universal, the traffic surprised us and wasn't bad at all.Thank you Alain and Lucy we would definitely recommend!

Not Quite What We Expected

We booked this home for a cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports and chose it based on the location, listing photos, and numerous “perfect 5” reviews (which happen to be requested in writing by the owners). While it had enough space for our group and was about 20 minutes from Disney, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations.The biggest issue was the neighborhood—several nearby homes were poorly maintained, and the overall feel made us a bit uneasy. Nothing happened, but we didn’t feel fully comfortable spending time outdoors.The interior was functional for resting between events, but definitely dated—popcorn ceilings, worn finishes, and details that didn’t match the polished feel of the photos (specifically game room and master bedroom). A little more care and honest representation would have helped set better expectations.It wasn’t a terrible stay, just not one we’d choose again. We made the most of our trip, but this property wasn’t a highlight.

We had a wonderful time at the adventure villa. House was spotless and had lots of space. Our kids were so excited about the themed rooms and toys. We all loved the outside space including beautiful pool and spa. Game room was a huge hit. What I really appreciated was how well stocked the villa was...kitchen has everything, they had strollers, wagons, beach toys, umbrellas, everything you needed to do Disney, beach, etc. with small kids. Wonderful layout fantastic home exceptional attention to detail. I would take back half a star only because the lawnmower guy came while we were sleeping twice and the pool guy came while we were swimming, but I'll give them an extra half star because the house was so much fun.
